We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as an IT Administrator. As part of this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update existing services and solutions;
  • Maintain infrastructure proactively and reactively;
  • Administer systems, products, and hardware;
  • Provide consulting, advising, and supporting services within maintained technologies;
  • Deliver customer support, resolve tickets, failures, and incidents;
  • Collaborate with other entities on IT projects;
  • Take an active part in implementing projects at clients' sites;
  • Develop technical and project documentation and security policies.
Requirements
  • More than 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Excellent knowledge of: On-premises: Windows Server 2012R2 and newer; AD; Exchange; Hyper-V; SCCM; Sharepoint; ADFS; Network; PKI; Cloud (welcome) - M365; Azure;
  • Theoretical knowledge supported by Microsoft technical certifications: MCSE and others (not older than Windows Server 2016, Exchange);
  • Effective communication skills and openness to work with customers (including non-technical ones);
  • Able to think analytically and solve problems;
  • Good communication knowledge of English (minimum B1).
Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €65,000 per year
