About the TeamLuxoft's Financial Markets (FM) team offers capabilities across origination, structuring, sales, trading, and research.
Our team provides a full suite of fixed income, currencies, commodities, equities, and capital markets solutions, establishing itself as a trusted partner with extensive on-the-ground knowledge and deep relationships.
Responsibilities- We collaborate with fellow developers, financial market infrastructure experts, testers, architects, and operations teams to deliver working solutions.
- We take ownership of the analysis, design, build, and delivery of software components written in Java.
- We are responsible for identifying, estimating, and reporting on task progress.
- We assimilate, challenge, help refine, and apply architectural principles around scalability, security, and fault tolerance.
- We develop a deep understanding of Market Risk & Market Risk Stress Testing mechanics and apply this knowledge.
- Mandatory:
- Experience and strong academic background in Java, 6-10 years.
- Continuous learning and staying up-to-date with modern technologies.
- A good general understanding of computer systems and networks.
- Experience in Capital Markets.
- Excellent technical skills in Core Java, JDK 17, GC, collections & streams, threading, latency problems, exceptions, optimization.
- Familiarity with REST Template / WebClient, JDBC & JPA, Lombok, Jackson.
- Google Guice, Google gRPC, Protobuf, Consul, Netty skills are a plus.
- Strong team player with effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Previous experience with frontend development using React/TypeScript/JS or Angular.
