Financial Controller Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Randstad Polska. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for financial control for plants in Poland and reporting to the group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End month closing, reporting, and gap analysis versus budget on the full P&L
  • Controlling production cost, standard cost, sales prices, margins, overheads, overdue balances, etc.
  • Monitoring plant risks and opportunities, and assisting local and regional management in identifying and setting performance improvement initiatives
  • Preparing annual budgets together with local and regional management based on volume information provided by the group
  • Assisting local accounting in annual financial audits
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in controlling (ideally automotive plant controlling), with experience in industrial controlling being essential
  • Advanced English (min B2+) and Polish (min B2+)
  • Very good MS Office working knowledge (especially Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills and analytical mind
  • Nice to have: SAP experience, French language knowledge
