Our team at SEA MACHINES ROBOTICS sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Maritime Sales Professional to drive military and government sales across Europe.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of workboats, autonomy, and defense technology, as well as excellent communication skills to engage effectively with fleet owners, naval operators, and procurement specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities by tracking developments in the marine industry and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop strategic partnerships by engaging with defense agencies, fleet operators, and maritime procurement officers to understand their requirements and present tailored autonomy solutions.
  • Be responsive and proactive when handling qualified contacts from web registrations, promotions, events, and other marketing and sales activities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the maritime industry, preferably in sales, business development, or marketing.
  • Proven experience in a startup environment or a strong track record of thriving in a challenging and innovation-driven industry with demonstrated market growth.
  • Familiarity with marine industry software, USV technologies, or Captain's Credentials is a strong plus.
