Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing, analyzing, and processing state published aeronautical information in a timely manner, adhering to the 28-day AIRAC cycle.
  • Managing the digital library of documentation and ensuring all relevant administrative records are up-to-date.
  • Planning and prioritizing workload to achieve predetermined deadlines.
  • Nurturing a network of contacts with Civil Aviation Authorities and similar organizations.
  • Identifying and recording discrepancies with documentation and collaborating with state authorities for clarification.
  • Cultivating effective communication with internal customers and external data providers.
  • Working collaboratively within a small team environment to achieve shared objectives.
  • Maintaining adherence to quality procedures at all times and notifying relevant personnel of any non-conformities.
