Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AML Specialist to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As an AML Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of merchants for our international card services.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer card applications, performing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Service handling customer card applications in a professional and effective manner
  • Solving administrative tasks according to offered services and business procedures
  • Risk assessment, AML assessment, and ensuring Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements
  • Control and handle Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) and other relevant AML tasks
  • Customer Service and ensure high-quality solutions for all customer segments
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Latvian, Lithuanian, or Estonian, and English (speaking and writing)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, law, or a related field (asset)
  • At least 2 years of experience in Financial Crime Compliance (KYC, AML/CTF, etc.)
  • Experience handling customer applications and administrative tasks in a professional manner
