About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you will engage with clients, providing expert guidance on Client Management processes and services. You will also work closely with Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) teams: Relationship Managers, Product Sales, and Operations regarding client engagement and documentation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Cash Account Opening and Channels/Online Banking: Work closely with onshore and Hub teams to deliver fast set-up of all relevant systems, ensuring seamless client experience.
  • Guide clients through the activation of their Straight2Bank channel, including setup and training.
  • Perform thorough checks and ensure proper governance around the account opening, guaranteeing due diligence is completed.
  • Regulatory reporting under Section 24c KWG: Prepare 24c account documentation as part of the client onboarding process, verifying all relevant client data points have been captured in the account opening documentation form.
  • Guarantee accurate capture of 24c data in the respective systems for automated 24c reporting.
  • Oversee the process of reporting client data points under 24c into the German Online vendor Bankverlag.
