About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering premium consumer experiences by demonstrating expertise in navigating individual customer needs and providing complete solutions through Nike products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide superior service.
- Maintain knowledge of various store departments and assist with tasks such as cash handling, shipping, receiving, stocking, cleaning, and visual displays.
- Serve as a product knowledge resource for consumers and entry-level associates.
- Assist Leads, Senior Associates, and Managers in training entry-level associates.
- Support loss prevention efforts by providing proactive customer service.
