About-project : The role purpose of a Global Quality Assurance Leader is to oversee and manage the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of comprehensive quality processes.


The Global Quality Assurance Leader Europe is responsible for ensuring that software products and systems meet defined quality standards, covering the end-end process across functions as intended before release.


Responsibilities :

Providing guidance on quality strategy, planning, and execution across multiple projects, deployments, or teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.


Working closely with the program manager ensuring the overall quality, reliability, and performance of products by managing the design, execution, and reporting of quality activities, including functional, non-functional, performance, and security testing, acting as a liaison between different teams (e.g., development, product, business, regional, Op Co, and deployment teams) to ensure smooth quality planning and defect management, proactively addressing quality-related issues leading quality initiatives in both traditional and Agile environments, embedding quality practices into Agile workflows, and ensuring continuous quality and integration guiding and mentoring quality managers, fostering a culture of quality, and ensuring skill development within the quality team and across teams involved in quality and defect resolution driving process optimization by continuously improving quality methodologies, tools, and governance to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in quality delivery identifying risks related to quality activities, assessing their impact, and providing mitigation strategies to ensure the timely and successful release of high-quality software products leading the delivery of quality capabilities across various phases, including preparation, execution, governance, and oversight of quality processes collaborating closely with Product Teams, Deployment Teams, Regional Teams, Op Cos, and Functional Domains to optimize and prioritize business value guiding the execution of all end-to-end (integrated) testing activities by leading a team of appointed quality members and mobilizing relevant resources to achieve results managing and executing quality cycles such as Global System Integration Testing (SIT), Local SIT, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Performance Testing, and Security Testing, primarily within an Agile framework supporting the established D&T organization and its Product Teams by driving improvements in quality, efficiency, and effectiveness transitioning TP&S into a global quality capability, ensuring alignment with the broader Digital Backbone (DBB) roadmap and deployments leading the quality transformation of both Digital Backbone and non-DBB deployments, including pilot Op Cos, and embedding global quality methodologies, requirements-expected : strong leadership skills with a background in both technical and business experience including a proven track record of managing and connecting to stakeholders within a corporate environment process (end-to-end) oriented thinking, combination of analytical and conceptual thinking leadership skills with a background on both technical and business experience including a proven track record of managing and connecting to stakeholders within a corporate environment expertise in defining quality plan, quality design, environment configuration, and centrally coordinate all quality activities with Op Co(s) competence in identifying define quality need, quality goals and expected results for each phase capability to develop and maintain quality assurance standards and processes; manage quality improvement initiatives, drive root cause analysis for business testing gaps, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence skill in monitoring issue and risks appropriately, and drive them to resolution experience in recognizing change management issues and risks at their earliest introduction; develop recommendations and mitigating strategies proficiency in managing project communications & status reporting (e.g. project performance metrics/KPIs) analytical capabilities, a proactive learner, passion for quality, result oriented, innovative and flexible strong skills in stakeholder management and in building relationships and collaboration at all levels of the organization ability to deal with pressure and continuously determine the right priorities for the team offered : Hybrid ways of working Private medical healthcare Attractive performance bonus Sodexo pre-paid card Life insurance Employee referral program Wide range of trainings Local and global job opportunities within HEINEKEN Parking space Open bar once a week We are ACCA Approved Employer benefits : sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care life insurance remote work opportunities integration events corporate sports team parking space for employees extra social benefits pre-paid cards christmas gifts employee referral program charity initiatives flexible work from home scheme after pandemic/lockdown open bar on Fridays
