Senior Full Stack Software Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced software developer to join our team in Wroclaw, Poland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development and be passionate about shaping the future of logistics.

About the Job

  • This software development role involves developing Java-based internal digital products within the global SeaAllocation Portfolio (Web/Desktop), writing clean code, and ensuring the quality and long-term maintainability of the developed software.
  • You will work collaboratively on defining, specifying, and designing modular and integrated software products and implementing automated tests for your code.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Be involved throughout the entire development lifecycle, from requirements definition through realization to demo and product delivery.
  2. Work closely with the business department to find the best technical and functional solution for new feature requests and improvements.
  3. Contribute to the active development of the whole product team. Identify and propose changes to improve the Development Process.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Experience in working in small to medium software development teams in an agile environment.
  • Strong object-oriented programming skills, proficiency in Java, Spring, Hibernate, Docker, OpenShift, ELK, Jenkins, RabbitMQ, Git, Oracle, or PostgreSQL, as well as experience with front-end technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, or NgRx.
  • Familiarity with Hexagonal architecture, Kafka, API Gateways, Micro service architecture, DevOps is desirable.
  • Fluent command of English (oral and written). Polish is highly valued. German is considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately 80,000 PLN per year, depending on experience, flexible working hours, mobile working arrangement, and a range of benefits including supplementary health insurance and work-life balance offerings.
