- Develop and Execute Product Strategies: The ideal candidate will develop and execute product strategies that ensure competitive positioning and sustainable profitability for our Automotive Aftermarket product lines.
- Market Intelligence: Gather insights on trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine product roadmaps and drive revenue growth.
- Technical Expertise: A specialist in starters, alternators, and automotive air conditioning systems for light vehicles and/or heavy-duty applications is required for this role.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee product development, pricing strategies, and segmentation while driving continuous improvements and enhancements.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and meet business objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor profitability, market opportunities, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to adjust strategies and drive business growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Engineering (MBA preferred) with a strong understanding of international business environments.
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience in product management within an international environment, with a focus on the automotive aftermarket industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in starters, alternators, and automotive air conditioning systems, as well as a solid understanding of product lifecycle management principles.
- Strategic & Financial Acumen: Understanding of pricing, profitability analysis, and strategic planning with a focus on driving business growth and expansion.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with SAP knowledge being a plus.
- Travel: Frequent travel required for business meetings, conferences, and other work-related activities.
