Job Description
The Impact You Will Make in this Role:
- Create, support, and enhance reports, dashboards, and data sets related to procurement activity, including KPIs, spend, supplier performance, and procurement operations.
- Develop standardized self-service reporting, analytics, and automated data workflows to deliver insights at scale and enable effective decision-making.
- Extract and consolidate data from various systems, including purchase orders, requisitions, shopping carts, contracts, purchase pricing, invoices, vendors, and materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions and define project deliverables and milestones.
- Provide end-user training, enhancement testing, data governance, and operational support across the procurement reporting portfolio.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Four years of experience in procurement or supply chain processes, preferably in contracting, category management, buying, AP post-audit, internal audit, planning, vendor/material data management, or similar areas.
- Four years of experience modeling or shaping data and presenting output to end-users using SQL, Excel, Python, VBA, or similar tools.
- Two years of experience in full development lifecycle in Power BI, SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence, Snowflake, SAP HANA, SQL Server, or other enterprise business intelligence tools and data warehouses.
