As a 2D Spine Animator at Yggdrasil, you will play a crucial role in bringing our characters and worlds to life. You will collaborate with designers and the game team to define visual directions and create captivating animations, using your expertise in 2D and 2.5D animations in Spine.

Your key responsibilities will include creating animations for characters, objects, backgrounds, symbols, logos, and marketing materials, contributing art assets on projects when appropriate, and working closely with game producers and developers to ensure timely delivery of animations. You will also be responsible for organizing and tracking art assets, communicating effectively with the team and partners, and continuously improving work methods and pipelines.

To succeed in this role, you will need 2+ years of experience as an Animator in the gambling industry (Social Casino), with a strong understanding of animation principles, anatomy, body mechanics, weight, dynamics, acceleration, etc. Proficiency in Photoshop and experience with different animation styles are also essential. A portfolio showcasing relevant animation work is highly desirable.
