As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering high-value products that meet customer needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business relationship managers, and IT stakeholders, to drive business value and KPI improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product roadmaps and set plans and goals for product delivery
  • Work with customers and product managers to understand and communicate customer needs
  • Collaborate with business relationship managers and IT stakeholders to define technology solutions
  • Develop and maintain prototypes, flow diagrams, and use case documents
  • Identify and evaluate technology options
  • Deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs
  • Play a lead role in process governance and harmonization
  • Drive innovation and adoption of next-generation technologies
  • Work with technical architects and engineers to define technical solutions
  • Integrate enabler work into the product backlog
  • Agree on accepted story completion with the team
  • Report progress and status in terms of business and customer outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with more than 5 years of experience in digital product ownership
  • Prior experience with commercial products, such as customer relationship management, marketing, quoting/contracting, and pricing
  • Established commercial business acumen
  • Technical aptitude to convey and collaborate around the development of desired functionality
  • Prior experience or ability to learn technical development architecture and configuration principles
  • Strong understanding and working experience with Agile approach and culture
  • Understanding of SAFe (Agile at scale) approach is a plus
  • Skills in prototyping and rapid ideation/discovery
  • Ability to work with multiple geographies in a multicultural environment
  • Ability and maturity to manage senior-level stakeholders globally
  • Experience in working in regulated environments (i.e., privacy/compliance)
