The Opportunity:

We're seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to join our EMEA team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll functions, from end-to-end processing to vendor management.

Responsibilities include implementing process improvements, providing exceptional query support, and collaborating with various departments to achieve common goals.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing, including time management, leave administration, registration, pay processing, payroll taxes, reporting, and payroll queries
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Customer-focused and comfortable working with diverse groups
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, particularly Excel, and Workday and SAP end-user experience
  • Experience working in a Shared Services environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of payroll, payroll tax, and payroll accounting processes

Preferred Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, be well-organized, and meet deadlines consistently
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a self-starter attitude
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
