Job Description

We are expanding our AI team and looking for talented professionals to support business transformation in several areas:

  • Generating high-quality educational content using machine learning algorithms
  • Developing world-class conversational solutions to complement our e-learning and live tutoring offerings
  • Incorporating AI models into the core products to enhance user experience
  • Hyper-personalization of educational processes to improve learning outcomes
  • Optimization of sales and service processes using data-driven insights
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts, including embeddings, regularization, and transfer learning
  • The ability to read, understand, and comprehend AI-related technical reports and papers
  • Experience in AI model training, adaptation, and application techniques, including fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and prompting
  • Proficiency in software development, preferably in Python, with working knowledge of libraries like PyTorch, Transformers, Numpy, and Pandas
  • Experience in relational SQL database development
  • Fluent English and Polish language skills
