About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Engineer to join our IT European Organization in Warsaw. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for testing deliveries during sprints and user acceptance tests, working closely with the development team, divisional resources, and business users.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test strategies, including test plans, to ensure end-to-end process testing and coverage across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including development teams, divisional resources, and business users, to ensure effective communication and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate test activities with business and development teams to ensure timely execution and follow-up on key test results.
  • Execute and assist in test execution across platforms during different test stages, ensuring defect identification, reporting, and follow-up.
  • Manage defects using appropriate defect tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
  • Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans and test reports, to ensure transparency and quality assurance standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, methodologies, and tools to enhance testing efficiency, effectiveness, and quality assurance standards.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience as a Test Engineer or similar role, with a focus on Oracle ERP systems.
  • Good English proficiency level.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge in Test Automation.

Please note that we are open to candidates from any city in Poland, and we offer a hybrid working model. You will need to visit our Warsaw office 2 times per week if you are from Warsaw or 1 time per month if you commute from another city.
