We are looking for a Senior HR Representative to join our team in Katowice.
About the Job:
The Sr. Representative, People Solutions Center is a key role that requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, analyzing, implementing, and administering People Solutions programs, including employee engagement and relations, as well as providing consulting services to employees and their managers.
Main Tasks:
- Analyze and evaluate all People Solutions Center activities, including administrative tasks such as data entry and reporting.
- Provide consulting services through cross-departmental partnerships to support employees and managers with HR-related matters.
- Process and respond to day-to-day employee concerns and coordinate with stakeholders as necessary.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to build trust and ensure alignment between People Solutions strategy and overall business objectives.
- Communicate and reinforce Minacs' values, philosophies, and Leadership Behaviors to assist in developing a high-performing organization.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in HR administration preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
