Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Care Professional to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in English, Spanish, and Catalan. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential for this role, as the candidate will work independently to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide technical support to resolve customer issues
  • Update and modify notifications
  • Work at a computer to resolve technical issues

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience or diploma in a related field
  • Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Catalan (C1 level)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
