Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Renovation Project Manager to join our team at Alstom in Wrocław. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the renovation and modernization of buildings and infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • SUPERVISING AND COORDINATING INFRASTRUCTURE RENOVATION PROJECTS
  • ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS THROUGH BUILDINGS AND INFRASTRUCTURE SUPERVISION
  • PLANNING RENOVATIONS AND MODERNIZATION PROJECTS RELATED TO BUILDINGS AND INFRASTRUCTURE
  • OPTIMIZING SOLUTIONS IN TERMS OF RENOVATION, MODERNIZATION, AND INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES TO REDUCE IMPLEMENTATION COSTS
  • BUDGET CONTROL AND MONITORING THE PROCESS OF WORK IMPLEMENTATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH PROCEDURES AND UTILIZING ALSTOM SYSTEMS
  • MONITORING PROJECT PROGRESS AND REPORTING
About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a key role in our team. As an Infrastructure Renovation Project Manager, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will work closely with internal departments to define project scope, develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and optimize solutions to minimize costs. You will also collaborate with procurement and legal departments in the RFQ process and contract preparation.

Requirements:
  • EXPERIENCE IN INFRASTRUCTURE RENOVATION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • KNOWLEDGE OF BUILDING CODES, STANDARDS, AND REGULATIONS
  • ABILITIES IN BUDGET CONTROL, PROCUREMENT, AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
  • FINE TUNING SKILLS FOR PLANNING AND EXECUTING PROJECTS
  • GOOD COMMUNICATION AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS
