We have over 300 lawyers, legal specialists, technologists, and process consultants across Europe and North America. As part of our team, you'll collaborate on engagements for large global clients, focusing on financial regulations, corporate restructuring, commercial or financial services contract negotiation, and other contract-related work.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You'll be part of a team dedicated to delivering services and meeting all delivery commitments to clients;
  • Draft and negotiate various contracts, including content and development contracts, software development contracts, professional services contracts, staffing contracts, licensing contracts, IP/IT contracts, and general commercial contracts;
  • Adhere to delivery processes and commitments;
  • Input and manage data on Factor and client systems and keep them up-to-date;
  • Contribute to developing contract templates, playbooks, and tools for use by the team;
  • Promote ongoing improvement in our service to clients and add value.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • LAW degree and/or legal qualification;
  • Minimum 2 years' experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts within a law firm, legal services, or as part of an in-house legal team;
  • Very good knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese, including legal terminology;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Word;
  • Organizational fit with the Factor culture, showcasing authenticity, accountability, adaptability, and stewardship;
  • Able to work with minimal supervision;
  • Proficient in using recognized matter management systems daily;
  • Eligibility to work legally in the country where this role is based.
