Vesuvius CSD Sp. z o. o. is a growing Shared Service Center in Kraków, Poland, seeking a highly skilled Junior PTP Accountant to join our team.

This role involves performing various financial transactions, including invoice processing, with a primary focus on the French market.

We're looking for a motivated individual who can effectively communicate in French (B2/C1 level) and possess basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Invoice processing, including posting, query handling, and month-end closure activities for France and Belgium (as a backup)
  • Conducting quality audits on booked documents
  • Collaborating with local finance teams and other departments
  • Supporting accountants and senior accountants in preparing monthly and yearly activities
  • Participating in local and global improvement projects

We require:

  • Fluent French language skills
  • Knowledge of Polish (optional)
  • Basic understanding of MS Excel
  • Prior experience in PTP, Finance, or Invoicing (desirable)
  • Relevant education (desirable)
  • Strong organizational skills
