Job Title: 3D Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Graphic Designer to join our team at Reality Games. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and scenes that meet our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create 3D models and scenes using various software tools.
• Collaborate with our Art Director and designers to ensure design and creative deliverables meet our expectations.
• Work closely with our marketing team to develop visual concepts and designs for our mobile games.
• Ensure design and creative deliverables are executed within budget and timescales.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest software and technologies to maintain our competitive edge.

Requirements:

• 3D modeling and low poly experience.
• Experience with Unity highly appreciated.
• Ability to work collaboratively with artists, producers, designers, programmers, and creative directors.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to iterate designs based on work reviews, changing requirements, and user playtests.
