Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global MedTech Strategist to join our team at Johnson & Johnson. As a member of our CEESAT MedTech Board, you will play a crucial role in shaping the commercial strategy for JnJ MedTech in the CEESAT region.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding the needs of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in the healthcare environment and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business initiatives.
  • Anticipating, evaluating, and responding to competitive activity.
  • Seeking and establishing strategic partnerships to help drive core business areas.
  • Ensuring that the evidence supporting J&J MedTech products and services is appropriate and sufficient for the Country market.

You will also be responsible for shaping the innovation agenda by anticipating healthcare trends, policy, and the evolving healthcare ecosystem. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Global Franchise Medical affairs teams to provide critical input into the Global innovation agenda.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a surgical field or in the medical device industry, with expertise in leadership imperatives and a deep alignment with the J&J Credo. You will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as great balance between strategy and execution to drive innovation and growth.
