Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Consulting Engineer to join our Technical Pre-Sales Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide technical advisory support to our Sales Team, implement Proof of Concept (PoC/PoV) projects for our clients, and collaborate with industry leaders like Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, NetApp, Palo Alto, and Fortinet.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Sales Team to provide technical guidance and support
  • Design and implement PoC/PoV projects for Grandmetric clients
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges
  • Develop High-Level Designs and advise on technical Bill of Materials (BoMs), configurations, and licensing
  • Represent Grandmetric at events and conferences, delivering technical presentations to clients and internal teams
  • Collaborate directly with market leaders and their experts
  • Automate work processes and support the Sales Team
  • Work with a talented team of world-class Engineers and Architects
  • Stay up-to-date with a diverse range of products, technologies, and tools, including but not limited to: Cisco ISE/Firepower/Anyconnect, Cisco DNA Center, Cisco Switches/Routers/Wireless/SD-WAN, Fortinet Products, Palo Alto NG-Firewalls/Panorama, Ansible Playbooks, Python, K8S, Vmware, Azure/AWS environments, Storage, Linux/Windows

Requirements

  • Up to 1 year of experience with knowledge equivalent to Cisco CCENT, and a determination to achieve CCNA/CCNP level knowledge
  • Fundamental knowledge of enterprise networking: Routing & Switching, Firewalling, VPNs, AAA systems and protocols
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-centric attitude
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Exceptional presentation skills and comfort with public speaking
