Enterprise Sales Leader

We are a fast-paced, innovative company seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to help us scale the number of Enterprises that use our process management and CRM platform. Our targets are ambitious, and we are looking for an engaging, collaborative, successful individual who has the skills, experience, and track record to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver against revenue targets and all key performance metrics by generating new business opportunities on assigned territories, managing pipelines, opportunities, and forecasting.
- Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and resources to create and execute winning solution sales strategies, establishing relationships with VP/C-level buyers (Business and IT).
- Develop and orchestrate sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our award-winning product, a Leader in Gartner Quadrants.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in complex solutions with a proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets.
- A deep understanding of enterprise sales and buying processes, high level of comfort with consultative sales methodologies, superb written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- A 4-year degree required, with technical curiosity and desire to learn, fluency in Ukrainian and English — Intermediate or higher.
