About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Poland.
As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate personnel records, coordinating payroll, and generating personnel files, among other tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies, aligned with company objectives and goals;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws;
- Coordinate payroll processing, managing employee data and benefits administration;
- Prepare and distribute employment contracts, handbooks, and other essential documents;
- Provide guidance and support to employees on company policies, procedures, and benefits;
- Facilitate communication between employees, departments, and external stakeholders, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in human resources, payroll, or a related field;
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with ability to interpret and apply them in practice;
- Fluent English language skills, with ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients;
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a dynamic team.
