Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at HRK S.A. in Bydgoszcz. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the financial, accounting, and tax functions of our organization.

• Oversee the finance, accounting, and tax function, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Prepare and manage financial reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
• Develop and implement financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Manage the year-end closing process and audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective financial management.
• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

• Master's degree in business administration, with a focus on finance or accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience in operational finance, with a strong background in accounting and controlling.
• Proficient in SAP ERP system, with experience in FI/CO and SD modules.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Polish, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
