Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Specialist to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As a key member of our cybersecurity department, you will be responsible for managing and mitigating IT security risks across our global operations.

About the Role

As an Information Security Specialist, you will work closely with our CSRM stakeholders, IT, and business teams to develop and implement security strategies and risk assessment frameworks that align with our business goals. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and addressing potential security threats, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive security strategies and risk assessment frameworks to identify and mitigate potential security threats

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives

• Conduct regular security risk assessments and provide recommendations for remediation

• Implement and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Provide expert advice and guidance on security-related matters to stakeholders, IT, and business teams

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in information security

• Proven experience in cyber security risk assessment, threat analysis, and mitigation

• Strong understanding of cloud security, networking architecture, and security protocols

• Experience with GRC tools like RSA Archer and knowledge of NIST and ISO standards

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment
