We are looking for a skilled Direct Tax Reporting Analyst to join our team at ACCA Careers. As a key member of the Manage Direct Tax team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality direct tax reporting services for several Latin America countries.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of direct tax reporting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for preparing accurate tax calculations and reports, operating tax provisioning and compliance tools, and ensuring timely submission of internal reports.

In this role, you will also provide support to the preparation of annual tax returns, reconcile various tax accounts, and resolve complex direct tax issues. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and effective stakeholder management.

To succeed in this position, you will need a university degree in a relevant field, such as law, economics, finance, or accounting. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in accounting/finance in a multinational environment is required, with previous experience in tax being an asset. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
