Sales Director

IPG Photonics is a world leader in the production of high-power fiber lasers, offering innovative solutions for various industries. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team.

• Lead a sales team of 5-6 people and drive growth by identifying new business opportunities.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers and negotiate trade agreements.
• Create sales and marketing initiatives to promote our products.
• Implement budgets and ensure successful execution of sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the EMEA sales executive team to achieve business objectives.

• Experience in selling high-tech industrial products in an international environment.
• Leadership experience and ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Strong knowledge of English (min. B2) and higher technical education (Physics, Optics, Electronics, Mechatronics).
• Knowledge of laser technologies and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
