Job Opportunity: Junior IT Consultant at HyLogic

HyLogic is introducing the HL Academy, a full-time talent development program designed for young individuals seeking practical and meaningful experience in data-driven Supply Chain transformation.

We focus on nurturing "young talents" who aspire to work closely with world-renowned clients, learn and develop in the field of supply chain management, and explore innovative solutions connecting the worlds of IT and business.

About the Role:

We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications:

  • Proficient in spoken and written English with a fair level of self-confidence to interact with international customers.
  • First professional experience, preferably within IT or supply chain management.
  • Eager to learn and contribute to significant projects.
  • Strong analytical, deductive, and inductive reasoning skills.

Initially, we need your physical presence at our Warsaw office 4 days a week, with the possibility of transitioning to fewer office days as you progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to enhance the efficiency of their supply chains by delivering world-class IT systems.
  • Be a junior, yet essential member of the project team, initially working under supervision but gaining independence quickly.
  • Grow and develop as an IT consultant for the supply chain functions of global customers.

We are on the lookout for individuals who aspire to develop as IT consultants for the supply chain functions of global customers.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of business knowledge, IT skills, and consulting skills.

We will teach you through a mix of courses, shadowing, and gradual project involvement. Depending on your background, you will go through a custom-made induction plan and be encouraged to get on actual live projects as soon as possible.
