Job Title: Statutory Accountant

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of entities, including project planning, deadline management, and coordination with auditors, tax advisors, and internal accounting teams.
  • Perform reconciliations between US GAAP and local GAAP accounting records, as well as between local GAAP profit and taxable profit.
  • Review financial statements, tax computations, and returns, and ensure compliance with local tax and financial/statistical returns.
  • Coordinate with legal department over company secretarial compliance and support treasury department with respect to dividends and global cash management.
  • Assist with tax investigations and audits, and provide ad hoc reporting as required.
Requirements
  • Self-starter with strong technical skills and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage, coordinate, and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, highly dynamic work environment.
  • Previous experience providing knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job, equivalent to 3+ years of direct experience or a recognized accounting qualification.
  • Ability to understand US and Local GAAP accounting topics, as well as how CRG has applied them in a complex ERP environment.
  • Experience using cloud-based applications, such as Oracle ERP, Workday, etc., a plus.
