Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role involves working closely with project teams to ensure the quality of software applications through systematic test planning, execution, and defect tracking.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various types of applications, databases, and operating systems, and will maintain high standards of product excellence and user satisfaction.

About the Role:
  • This is a senior-level position responsible for leading test automation efforts and ensuring that software applications meet required quality standards.
  • Developing and executing test plans, scripts, and scenarios to cover business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and QA engineers to ensure effective testing and delivery.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and their application in software development.
  • Providing expert guidance on test automation best practices and technologies such as Selenium/WebDriver, Playwright, and API testing.
  • Participating in code reviews and contributing to the improvement of the test automation framework.
Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Engineering with a strong focus on test automation.
  • Proven experience working within Agile SDLC processes, with a deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Experience with C# and .NET Framework tech stack is preferred, but other tech stacks like Java or JavaScript are also acceptable with willingness to learn target technology stack.
  • Strong knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and experience with tools like Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with database skills, specifically SQL Server, and experience working with defect tracking tools like Jira.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
