Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) Manager - EMEA

This challenging role will have you at the forefront of consolidating regional demand forecasts to ensure an effective and predictable Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process.

  • Dive into developing accurate demand forecasts at various levels, horizons, and intervals for your Region.
  • Lead the overall demand management process within region.
  • Collaborate with the global analyst team to develop, optimize, and standardize Corporate owned SIOP tool.

About Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive change and collaboration across different locations, sites, and functions.
  • Develop, document, and maintain assumptions supporting demand plans.
  • Schedule regular forecast review meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Update forecasts for new products, seasonal products, discounts, promotions.

What You Need:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning system, and leadership skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Operations Business, Engineering Supply Chain, or Finance.
  • Understanding of SIOP principles and methods.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel skills.
