Job Description

We are seeking a Jr. Financial Analyst to support our Procurement-to-Pay team in Kraków, Poland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance or Invoicing, with a focus on the French market. Strong language skills in French are essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various financial operations, including invoice processing, query handling, and month-end closure activities for France and Belgium. Additionally, they will participate in local and global improvement projects and assist accountants and senior accountants in the preparation of monthly and yearly activities.

Responsibilities
- Invoice processing, including invoice posting, query handling, and month-end closure activities for France and Belgium
- Performing quality audit on booked documents
- Participating in local and global improvement projects
- Assisting accountants and senior accountants in the preparation of monthly and yearly activities
- Cooperating with local finance team and other departments

Requirements
- Strong level of French (B2/C1)
- Knowledge of Polish (desirable)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Prior experience in Finance or Invoicing (desired)
- Relevant educational background (desirable)
- Good organizational skills
