Job Description

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive success.
  • Support talent acquisition by working closely with recruitment teams to identify and hire top talent.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Monitor costs and support the implementation of HR policies.
  • Provide guidance to managers on HR matters and contribute to decision-making processes.
  • Implement global HR processes, tools, and policies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster internal communication and maintain a positive employer image.
  • Analyze training and coaching needs and develop staff development programs.
  • Prepare reports and analyses on HR indicators.

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in remuneration practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment legislation.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Proactive attitude, good communication skills, empathy, and enthusiasm.
  • Extensive knowledge in human resources management, including soft skills and labor law.
  • Strong business acumen and internal customer focus.
