Ultimate Europe, a leading manufacturer of gangways, automatic door systems, and interior fittings for rail vehicles, is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join its team in St. Georgen am Ybbsfelde, Lower Austria.

About the Role:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming goods to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Perform production-related inspections, create measurement orders, and conduct initial sample inspections
  • Monitor testing equipment and manage calibration orders, both internal and external
  • Initiate corrective actions to resolve quality deviations
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections of products and materials to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
  2. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control measures
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
  4. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance product quality and efficiency
Requirements:
  • Completed technical training or equivalent experience
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English languages
  • Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with quality control software
  • Team-oriented, communicative, and independent work style
