This role involves contributing to the delivery of research and development projects within liquid-filled distribution transformers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing designs, models, and drawings through CAD and engineering systems;
- Coordinating prototype manufacturing and testing;
- Ensuring on-time and on-quality project tasks execution;
- Proposing improvements and optimizations that bring cost savings, reduce complexity while fulfilling requirements;
- Collaborating with internal and external suppliers;
- Working with globally distributed and multi-function organization;
- Handling bill of materials.
We are looking for a self-driven, motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
A master's degree in mechanical or product engineering is required, and prior experience in product or machine construction and design is highly valued.
