Job Title: Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team at TeamQuest Sp. Z O.o. in Poland. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical direction of our company, ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the technology strategy for our company, aligning with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements, ensuring that our products and services meet the needs of our customers.
  • Develop and maintain technical standards and best practices, ensuring that our technology stack is up-to-date and aligned with industry trends.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to our product teams, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and guidance to deliver high-quality products.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a strong background in Java Enterprise development.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English and Polish, with a strong understanding of business and technical concepts.
