To succeed in this role, you must have at least 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and architecture, as well as certification in ServiceNow System Administrator, Application Developer, or Implementation Specialist.
You should also have strong knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST, SOAP, etc., good understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Custom Applications), good command of English, both written and spoken, growth mindset, customer focus, and collaborative attitude.
