Acting as a co-partner and internal consultant, it adds non-IT value and supports the development of the entire ERGO Group, offering skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management. Your Role

You will be responsible for developing and managing content for our global intranet sites and newsletters. This includes creating and editing digital assets, such as graphics, videos, and written materials, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with corporate branding and messaging.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Developing and publishing content on internal platforms
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather materials, requirements, and feedback
  • Monitoring engagement metrics to optimize content strategies
  • Supporting ad-hoc communication needs like announcements and strategic publications
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • English language proficiency (C1 level minimum)
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in content creation and digital asset management
  • Proficiency in SharePoint or similar internal communication platform, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in complex, international organizational structures
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and employee engagement metrics
