At TN Poland, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and regulatory compliance of our business system within the industrial sector. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) specific to the Industrial Business Unit. Your goal will be to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations, industry-specific standards, and cross-subvertical specifics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain QMS: Create, implement, and maintain the QMS tailored to the Industrial BU's needs, ensuring user-friendliness and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Document Management: Manage the creation, review, and approval of quality-related documents, including quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records.
  • Internal Audits Management: Plan, conduct, and oversee internal system audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on quality performance and trends specific to the Industrial BU, providing insights to management for decision-making.

Your Background Should Look Like This:

  • An engineer with a university degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or physics.
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering and project assignments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Specialized knowledge in electronics, physics, mechanics, metal, and plastics.
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including Six Sigma, Automotive Core Tools APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, and other risk analysis standards.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers.
