We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Indirect Procurement Expert to join our team as a Category Manager for the tail category. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the tail category across multiple markets in Europe and Asia, developing strategies to optimize and secure the supply chain, and implementing and executing category strategies globally.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 3 years of experience in tail category management or similar Supply Chain Management roles, with expertise in strategic sourcing, execution of professional tenders, contract and supplier relationship management, and managing international stakeholders. Strong negotiation skills, effective delegation, and project management skills are also essential.

You will work closely with various teams within Aryzta to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, deliver results on agreed KPIs, and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
