We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our Accounts Payable team. As an AP Process Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with local market organizations to resolve invoice inquiries and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of AP Helpdesk services, fostering strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to address incoming queries from internal and external stakeholders, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform thorough analysis of invoices to identify areas for improvement and optimize process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the BPO provider to coordinate the work of the AP Helpdesk, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Promote continuous process improvements and participate in projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A documented educational background in finance or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • The ability to work effectively in a diverse, international environment.
  • Proficiency in coordinating communication with stakeholders from local organizations and suppliers.
  • Strong navigation skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience working with systems like SAP.
