About the Role

We are currently looking for a Purchasing Manager to join our Procurement Team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to develop your skills and contribute to our company's success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the purchasing process and ensuring that all purchases are made in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate records of purchase requisitions and purchase orders
  • Preparing and launching RFQs for spot purchases
  • Converting purchase requisitions to purchase orders
  • Creating and managing contracts
  • Monitoring contract expiration dates
  • Ensuring compliance with audit and compliance requirements
  • Data management and anomaly identification

Requirements

  • Experience in a shared services organization
  • Experience with IT systems, preferably Microsoft D365
  • Contract administration experience
  • General MS Office knowledge
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of an additional European language, an asset
