About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive successful outcomes for our B2B clients in various industries. As a trusted advisor, you will build and develop reliable relationships with clients, understanding their business, goals, and challenges to anticipate their needs and provide strategic support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with Agile Delivery Managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of software solutions
  • Monitor project progress, address issues, and mitigate risks
  • Oversee account budgets, invoicing, and payment collections to ensure profitability
  • Provide regular updates on account performance and client feedback to management
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or a similar role, with a strong track record in managing client accounts and driving sales in a B2B environment
  • Technical background with a solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and IT industry trends
  • Experience working with large corporations and understanding their business processes will be a plus
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and understanding of product/business metrics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
