Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to join our team in Warsaw. As a key member of our data platform, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our data architecture using Databricks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data pipelines using Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
  • Develop and maintain scalable data architectures that support business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, security, and quality.
  • Maintain and monitor data processing pipelines to ensure high reliability, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with Databricks, including creating notebooks and developing integration code in Python/PySpark.
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, particularly creating pipelines and activities in ADF for full and incremental data loads.
  • Expertise in SQL, database design, ETL/ELT design patterns, and DataMart structures (star, snowflake schemas, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Azure storage solutions, including Azure Data Lake Storage and working with Parquet files and partitions.
  • Azure Data Engineer certification (DP-203) or Databricks Data Engineer Associate/Professional is highly desirable.
