Job Description
We are seeking a talented Senior Java Developer to join our team of experts in developing high-quality software that meets user needs and business goals. As a key member of our development team, you will work on transformational projects within our BaaS model, collaborating with architects and leads to design and implement advanced, scalable applications using the Java programming language.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implementation: Creating complex software systems and applications using Java.
  • Code Review: Evaluating code written by other developers and providing constructive feedback.
  • Troubleshooting: Analyzing and resolving bugs, as well as optimizing application performance.
  • Architecture Planning: Collaborating with the team to design the structure of applications and make technical decisions.
  • Mentoring: Supporting and training less experienced team members.
  • Technical Documentation: Creating and updating project-related and code-related documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A minimum of 5 years of commercial Java programming experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Hibernate, Spring, Spring Boot, REST API, Microservices, Web Services.
  • Practical knowledge of Maven.
  • Good knowledge of message queues - Kafka, PubSub.
  • Understanding of cloud solutions (Google / Azure / AWS) - GCP preferred.
  • Good knowledge of SQL.
  • Good knowledge of Git.
  • Understanding of cloud orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
  • Experience with multithreaded programming and distributed systems.
  • Experience in application monitoring (including monitoring tools like ELK).
  • Curiosity to go beyond own expertise domain and appetite to learn new things and approaches from others.
  • Collaborative mindset is essential for this project, as you will be part of a team.
  • English proficiency is required.
