Key Responsibilities

The CRM Automation Specialist will be responsible for managing CRM databases, defining audiences in the platform, creating and managing workflow rules, and tracking campaign performance.

Additionally, the role will involve working with different stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our CRM marketing campaigns, reviewing and fixing campaign issues, and monitoring campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, ROI, etc.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in working with email marketing and messaging automation tools.
  • Demonstrable CRM experience on AB testing, segmentation and targeting, campaign management, and campaign analysis.
  • Insights Generation: Ability to analyze customer behavior and feedback to refine future campaigns.
  • Understanding of CRM KPIs data, databases and GDPR.
  • Knowledge of SQL and HTML (nice to have).
